2008 Paralympics USA Wheelchair Basketball

WELCOME!!!

Welcome to Kelli & Mieko’s blog……see Beijing through our eyes.

This blog was created for all the friends, family and supporters of USA wheelchair basketball. The USA Men’s wheelchair basketball team is on a mission……win gold in Beijing! We have made this website with the hope that it will help all of our loved ones back home stay updated on all of the excitement that is going on in Beijing. Take a look around, there are many links to the right and be sure to check out our different photos.

As of August 31, 2008, the USA team left the United States.  They guys are in Beijing and setting up in the Olympic VIllage.  Due to blogging restrictions from the Paralympic Committee, TEAM USA cannot post any information about any games, international teams, or scores.  Please be aware that we have no control over this, and unfortunately, because of these rules, the guys will not be posting daily on the blog.  Mieko and I will still be posting scores when we get back to the hotel from the games.

Please post your comments and words of encouragement to the USA team. They will have access to the computer and be able to see everything you write. It is a long journey and we know they appreciate all your love, support and motivation. GO USA!!!! BRING HOME THE GOLD!!!!
